Pondok Santi was absolute paradise! The breakfast by the beach and the delicious fish tacos made every meal special. Staff members like Khairul and Yadi went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Just a heads up, getting there could use clearer directions. Loved it!

The outdoor bathroom was fantastic! Kayaking and snorkeling gear included. Private pools made our stay unforgettable.

My experience was quite frustrating. The check-in process was unnecessarily long, as I had to fill out a detailed questionnaire before I could get my keys. I found the water heater in the villa insufficient—having only 30 liters made it difficult for multiple people to shower comfortably, leading to some of us having to deal with cold water. these issues significantly impacted my enjoyment of the stay.

absolutley underwhelmed, the preordered breakfast was a tiring chore, not the royal treatment I anticipated. the staff's casual attitude was a true letdown. I woudl ve enjoyed a complimentary welcome gift or at least a room upgrade for my 'trouble. ' it's not excessive to expect special treatment, is it? disappointed beyond measure.

Amazing spot for a group vacation! The private beach was fantastic for sunbathing, and the menu at Restaurant Ijo had some of the best food we tried. Having access to snorkeling gear made exploring the nearby reefs a blast. The outdoor bathrooms with tropical vibes were a unique touch!

Everything about my stay here was delightful, especially the warm welcome drink that made me feel at home right away. Maria and the staff were exceptionally polite, ensuring my two-night getaway was calm and stress-free. The Hill View Room was beautifully arranged, providing a lovely retreat after a day of exploring. Waking up to a breathtaking view of the lush garden made every morning extra special.

One downside was that the breakfast selection could benefit from more variety, though the beachside setting was perfect.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and great dining options. I remember the staff helping with a phone charger on my first stay. They are always attentive. I highly recommend trying the breakfast!

I had an incredible three-night stay at this oasis on Gili Trawangan. The outdoor shower in my Palm View Bungalow was a standout feature, and I loved the convenience of complimentary bike rentals to explore the island. The breakfast options were marvelous, especially having them served with a view of the tranquil beach. clearer directions for arrival would enhance the experience.
